Consulado de México, Raleigh, NC

Ohtli Award Ceremony, Saturday December 17th at 5:00 p.m.

While recognizing Dr. Douglas R. Morgan, we will have the opportunity to share a bit of our culture with the performance of “ El Ballet Folklorico Guadalupano”, that will present a “Pastorela”, a traditional short comic play with a Christmas theme. Also, we want you to enjoy a “merienda” with typical Mexican treats!

The mariachi “Los Galleros de México” will be bringing you a “serenata” and a duet of talented musicians; soprano Ms. Teresa Fernandez and pianist Mr. Alejandro Santoyo, are performing the best of the Latin American “boleros”, music that we hope you’ll enjoy!

Raleigh Moravian Church
Congregational Christmas Lovefeast on Sunday,
December 18, at 7:30 p.m.

A beautiful and special Christmas Worship celebration as we Sing Carols, Share Lovefeast Buns and Coffee, and Receive a Beeswax Candle!

Cathy Hamner will be the organist that evening, and the lovefeast music will be provided by Cathy and soprano Teresa Fernandez.

Dear Ed and Teresa,

Thank you for the fantastic program this past Sunday (Jan 10'10) at the NC Museum of History. You performed together so well, and your set included a great mix of instrumental and vocal music that the audience enjoyed tremendously. It’s very rare for this series to include an encore, but the packed house did not want your performance to end!
Jamie Katz, Program Associate, PineCone

I went to the Museum of History and saw/heard the concert " Songs of the Soul" with Teresa Fernandez and the Ed Stephenson Band at the Museum of History and enjoyed it sooooo much! There was a big crowd there... I could have listened for 8 hours more!
Martha Harris

What a delightful and informative performance. Thank you so much for the invitation. John was with me and he told me to tell you how beautiful you looked and performed!

Hi Teresa---LOVED your performance today at the History Museum. You sang beautifully, & the audience was entranced. Even my husband was tapping his foot, & he has NO rhythm!
Cindy Urquhart

We just returned from the concert this afternoon at the Museum of History and we were enthralled with the entire program. We both fell in love with Teresa and her gorgeous voice, charm and brilliance.

You were terrific. Grace loved the concert and so did Penny and her sister.

Ed Stephenson was my classical guitar instructor, so naturally I wanted to catch his act. This was the first time I had seen/heard you perform, and it was a wonderful treat!

Dear Dr. Landau, Mukund & I went to this concert with Sunitha and Mittals. It was fantabulous. We enjoyed it. Only one thing, it was only for 1 hour… too short. The whole auditorium was full. Thank you for letting us know all these good events happening in the area.
Shobha

Hi Pashupati (Dr. Landau), Namasthe!
I just returned from the concert. It was out of this world! Five of us from our music group went together and all of us thoroughly enjoyed it. Teresa Fernandez has an amazing voice and the guitarist and the percussionist were awesome!
Sunitha

Te prometo que te estare haciendo "barra" en todas tus proximas presentaciones. Las canciones fueron maravillosamente interpretadas por los guitarristas y tu voz
